PROGRAM GOAL<\/h2>\n

\u201cTo strengthen and develop the capabilities of the stakeholders within the region\u2019s ecosystem of governance and the internet, data and artificial intelligence. The programme aims to lay the conceptual and empirical foundations to understand and address the challenges posed by digital governance from an interdisciplinary and evidence-based perspective.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The diploma is aimed at professionals and stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors who wish to consolidate their theoretical and practical understanding of contemporary digital governance. It is updated annually to reflect technical innovations and national and international public policy developments that influence how we understand, interpret and interact with this environment and its social, political and economic effects, with a focus on the Latin American and Caribbean region. With socio-institutional, technical and legal perspectives, the programme is accredited by the Postgraduate School of the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Uruguay and organised with the support of CETyS at the Universidad de San Andr\u00e9s in Argentina.<\/p>\n
