The Diploma in Internet Governance (DiGI) programme is organised by the UCU Graduate School at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU, Uruguay) and the Center for Technology and Society Studies (CETyS) at the University of San Andrés (UdeSA, Argentina).
DiGI functions as a regional school in a concentrated format, with regional and international specialists. It is a forum for debate and community building for professionals from industry, academia and the civil sector.
